There is something very curious about this list of channels: we identified that among these 10, 3 of them are Indian channels, and 4 are channels for children.

What we can easily observe is that India has the second largest population in the world, and being a country still mostly poor, it is clear that YouTube is one of the main entertainment options since it is free.

As for the children’s channels, it is easy to understand why so many of them appear in the list with the highest number of subscribers: it is almost impossible to keep a child still or entertained for a long time without the use of screens.
