When we see a list of the richest and most successful people in the world, unfortunately, it is mostly filled by men. However, that doesn’t mean that women do not have an amazing amount of money as well.

In this list, we are to be looking at the richest women on the planet, so you can see that regardless of gender, everyone can be a person of immense success.

5. Jacqueline Mars ($ 31.7 billion)

The Mars family established and runs Mars Incorporated, and Mars is an heiress who has stock in the business.

 Her family’s holdings in Mars, Inc. and other assets were valued at $23.5 billion by Forbes magazine in January 2019, making her the 18th richest American and number 34 on their list of “The World’s Billionaires.”

Since 1982, when she joined the firm as president of the food product group, Mars has actively participated in Mars, Inc. 2001 saw her retirement. With an estimated 28.1-billion-dollar net worth.

 Forbes ranked her as Virginia’s richest inhabitant in June 2019.

4. MacKenzie Scott ($ 43.6 billion)

Her work with Amazon, her humanitarian efforts, and her formerly cordial relationship with Jeff Bezos have all earned her widespread recognition.

Due to a 4% ownership position in Jeff Bezos’s company, Amazon, considering September 2022, Scott is the 21st wealthiest person in the world and the third wealthiest woman in the United States as a result.

MacKenzie was listed among Time’s 100 Most Influential People of 2020 as well as Forbes’ list of the most powerful women in the world in 2021.

Scott’s 2005 debut book, The Testing of Luther Albright, earned an American Book Award in 2006.

Traps, her second book, was released in 2013.

Since she launched the anti-bullying nonprofit Bystander Revolution in 2014, she has served as its executive director.

 A signatory to the Giving Pledge who pledged to donate at least half of her income to charity, gave US$5.8 billion to charities in 2020, one of the greatest yearly donations given by a private individual to active nonprofits.

In 2021, she gave another $2.7 billion.

3. Julia Koch ($ 60 billion)

Koch Industries is owned by Julia Koch, the widow of conservative benefactor and contributor David Koch, and her children to the tune of 42% of the company.

Charles Koch, David’s older brother, serves as chairman and holds a 42% share in the company.

The second-largest privately held company in the US, behind Cargill, is Koch Industries, Inc., an American global conglomerate corporation with headquarters in Wichita, Kansas.

Petroleum, chemicals, energy, fiber, intermediates and polymers, minerals, fertilizer, pulp and paper, chemical technology equipment, cloud computing, finance, commodities market trading, and investments are all produced, refined, and distributed through its subsidiaries.

2. Alice Walton ($ 65.3 billion)

Alice Walton, the daughter of Walmart founder Sam Walton, has seen her wealth rise by an estimated $3.5 billion over the past year because of the rising value of Walmart shares.

 She lost her title as the richest woman in the world in 2020.

Walmart Inc. is an American multinational retailer with its headquarters in Bentonville, Arkansas. It operates a chain of domestic hypermarkets (also known as supercenters), low-cost department stores, and grocery stores.

The company was founded by Sam Walton in the Rogers, Arkansas, area in 1962, and on October 31, 1969, it was formally incorporated under the Delaware General Corporation Law.

It also owns and manages Sam’s Club’s retail warehouses.

1. Fraçoise Betterncourt Meyers ($75,3 billion)

The richest woman in the world, according to Forbes, is Françoise Bettencourt Meyers, a French businesswoman, philanthropist, author, pianist, and wealthy heiress with an estimated net worth of US$75.3 billion as of March 2022.

She is Liliane Bettencourt’s lone child and the granddaughter of L’Oréal founder Eugène Schueller.

 The strong stock market worth of L’Oréal shares and her assets through her family holding firm, Tethys Invest, helped her fortune triple after the passing of her mother in September 2017.

With its corporate headquarters in Clichy, Hauts-de-Seine, and its registered office in Paris, L’Oréal S.A. is a French personal care firm.

 It is the biggest cosmetics company in the world and has expanded its activity in the industry, focusing on hair care, skin care, sun protection, make-up, and perfume.

The Oréale hair dye formula was created in the early 20th century by young French chemist Eugène Paul Louis Schueller (1881–1957).

After creating and producing his own goods, Schueller sought to market them to Parisian hairdressers. Schueller registered his business, the Société Française de Teintures Inoffensives pour Cheveux, on July 31, 1919. (Safe Hair Dye Company of France).

The company’s founding principles, which eventually led to the creation of L’Oréal, were research and innovation in the cosmetics industry.

Three chemists were engaged by the corporation in 1920; by 1950, there were 100; by 1984, there were 1,000; and by 2021, there were an anticipated 85,252 chemists employed globally.
